A long time partnership with a local church is coming to fruition. The Peace Village project was recently submitted to the City of Santa Cruz and will provide 40 new residential units of varying sizes. We have utilized AB1581 to share the Church’s parking lot with the project. The project sits below a beautiful meadow and has stunning views of the Monterey Bay. A mix of unit types and an attention to providing more affordable units aims to attract students and City residents alike.
