There is no better way to tackle the housing crisis than by pursuing dense urban infill projects like this Macarthur Project. This project will result in the development of what used to be a completely overlooked lot. This 6-story project was able to utilize state laws and density bonuses in order to maximize the project’s height and unit density. At its completion, the project will host 39 units and a ground floor commercial space to help activate the neighborhood.
